Methods of EM

what are some methods of EM, I'm somewhat progressing in it, sometimes randomly, but I would like to try other methods of EM. While some I know don't care much for the chakras they still excel in EM. Either way a variety in methods to practice doesn't hurt either.

i can give you better advise if you can tell me what youve done so far, what you are able to do and what kind of techniques you are using.

I can do psiballs, but they tend to fluxuate. I also have done something along the lines of target practice. A friend of mine, he's really good in psionics and he has this thing he calls a drone and I try to send my energy to hit it. The technique I use is from a site called psi.wikia where I visualize energy flowing to my veins to the desired part of my body or to my palms.

keep in mind that for the best results you should always clear your mind of thoughts while manipulating energy, solely feeling your energy.
you need to have constant focus on your psiball to continue feeling it, just dont expect anything that feels like a physical thing because it's simply not physical, the feeling is more like pushing two magnets towards one another.

meditating and practicing your mind to be in a state of no thoughts is very imporntant.
in my opinnion a person is considered good at manipulating his inner energy when he gets to a point that he can feel any part of his body (no matter what size he chooses) without touching his body.

I think my energy color is a dark purple, I mean that's what I saw in my head when I formed a psiball once, a bunch of dark purple energy formed in my head followed by the magnetic feeling.
